I installed one of these for a customer around two years ago, since then, he has had a constant water supply for his horses. The Spring Box has a clever design that settles out a large amount of particulates before passing the water down the hill to the reservoir. It was easy to install, and functions great.

I would highly recommend this product to anybody who has a spring , and a hill, on their property.

updatedI firmly agree with comments on here any little leak gets bigger and fails when you least expect it more clay the better! we also had to drill more holes ! Ahandle on top the box would truly help! Every thing else is how they say but does not keep all sand out of our tank ,must be cleaned yearly our has been it place since 2016 our order was here in few days

Ordered and paid in full. Never received. After 2 weeks I requested an order cancellation. Never heard back from them. After a month I had to file a charge back with my credit card company.

Works well. Had to drill a few more holes in the water outlet pipe to adjust for our water flow which was easy to do. It eliminated the back pressure we used to have on our spring allowing more water to flow instead of diverting into the hillside.

Wow! I can’t say enough about Practical Preppers. They went out of their way to help me when I was in a really bad bind. They even offered other options and told me where I could get the product I needed elsewhere. Who does that these days? In the end they filled my order faster than I thought possible by having the product shipped to me straight from the manufacturer. And now the Spring Box is working flawlessly! It is built really well too! Thanks guys! You all get my absolute highest recommendation!

Handy little box. The lid was a little wonky but is fitting ok now. The overflow pipe instructions for flow rate didn’t make a lot of sense and turning it one way or the other didn’t make any difference? If that sleeve was supposed to come off, yeah no. At 5gpm it’s going to overflow all day. Plumbed it to the reservoir overflow. Delicious spring water coming into my house now so this product was worth every penny!!
